Key Account Manager

Job Title: Key Account Manager (Lending Sales) – Chandigarh Location: Chandigarh Experience: 4–8 years About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to manage lending sales operations, lead a team of field executives, and drive growth across the assigned region. The ideal candidate must have good communication, and a proven track record in lending/financial sales. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow lending business across assigned territories. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 10-12 field executives to achieve monthly targets. Conduct regular market visits (10–15 days/month) to monitor performance and support field teams. Drive execution of sales strategies and ensure adherence to process and compliance standards. Analyze sales data, prepare reports using advanced Excel, and share insights with leadership. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills. Hands-on Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting). Must have lending sales experience (NBFC/Fintech/Banking preferred). Prior experience in managing a team of 10-12 field executives is mandatory. Willingness to travel 10–15 days per month outside the base city.
