About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and upselling processes , with a strong focus on maintaining high quality standards, coaching performance, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate agent performance to ensure adherence to quality parameters. Provide constructive feedback , coaching, and mentoring to improve individual and team performance. Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to implement best practices and quality improvements. Develop and maintain quality guidelines , SOPs, and audit frameworks. Ensure zero defects in customer interactions through regular quality checks. Analyze quality metrics and prepare action plans for continuous process improvement . Manage audit schedules and maintain documentation for compliance. Drive team performance and motivation to meet quality benchmarks. Identify training needs and participate in upskilling initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) with regular, engaging content. Create, edit, and publish videos for promotional, branding, and social media campaigns. Write compelling SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and brand materials. Strategize and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads) to drive conversions and ROI. Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and keyword rankings. Design, update, and optimize landing pages to improve UX and increase lead generation. Utilize WordPress for website updates, content management, and basic troubleshooting. Monitor, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics , Search Console, and other analytics tools. Collaborate with design, development, and sales teams to align digital strategies with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry. Proven experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms. Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other web analytics tools. Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus. Excellent communication and project management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
