Job Description 1.Conduct comprehensive new hire trainings for lending operations team members. 2.Lead and monitor On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions to ensure real-time learning effectiveness. 3.Facilitate refresher trainings to enhance and reinforce existing knowledge and skills. 4.Organize and execute ad hoc or miscellaneous trainings based on operational or business needs. 5.Maintain and update the knowledge portal regularly with process documents, SOPs, and training materials. 6.Timely cascade of process updates to all stakeholders and ensure understanding and alignment. 7.Participate in calibration sessions with operations and compliance teams to maintain alignment on quality benchmarks. 8.Monitor and evaluate calls/processes to ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. 9.Share feedback with respective team leads and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 10Assist in identifying process gaps and recommend corrective actions. Requirements: 1.Proven experience in training and quality assurance, preferably within lending or MSME operations. 2.Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. 3.Attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and audits. 4.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced environment.
