Job Description

Process Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process and functional training programs for cross-functional teams.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials based on SOPs & process guidelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement culture through Kaizen-focused training initiatives.
  • Lead change management sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
  • Measure training effectiveness using assessments and structured feedback.
  • Continuously refine training content and delivery based on feedback and performance outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Six Sigma Certification (Yellow Belt or Green Belt preferred)
  • Experience with LMS platforms (Learning Management Systems)
  • Strong understanding of SIPOC & Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation & stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Capability to handle end-to-end training cycle
