Job Description

Process Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct process and functional training programs for cross-functional teams.
Develop, update, and maintain training materials based on SOPs & process guidelines.
Drive continuous improvement culture through Kaizen-focused training initiatives.
Lead change management sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Measure training effectiveness using assessments and structured feedback.
Continuously refine training content and delivery based on feedback and performance outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Six Sigma Certification (Yellow Belt or Green Belt preferred)
Experience with LMS platforms (Learning Management Systems)
Strong understanding of SIPOC & Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
Excellent communication, facilitation & stakeholder engagement abilities
Capability to handle end-to-end training cycle
