Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training programs for new hires and existing employees in the Staffing / Recruitment / International BPO space.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective process training sessions for new and existing team members in recruitment and staffing.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, role-plays, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the operations teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
Maintain training documentation, reports, and feedback forms.
Stay updated on process changes, client requirements, and industry best practices.
Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions for existing employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Process Trainer in Staffing, Recruitment, or International BPO.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
Proficient in MS Office tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple batches or projects.
