Key Account Manager

Energy (Electricity/Gas), Telecommunications, Fuel Cards, Loans, and Cybersecurity

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers, acting as their primary advisor for essential services.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback to enhance their experience.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide seamless support throughout the customer journey.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products such as energy, telecommunications, and other services.
• Assist customers in comparing plans, identifying savings, and selecting the best solutions for their needs.
• Drive customer retention by ensuring they feel valued, supported, and satisfied with our services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales. 
• Experience in the utilities or telecommunications sector is a plus. 
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
