Key Account Manager

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal production/operations team to deliver outputs.
  
• Respond to client queries through email and calls in Tamil and English.
  
• Track project status and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
  
• Prepare basic reports, maintain documentation, and update client communication records.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing smooth, timely, and accurate communication.
  
• Support the team in resolving issues and escalating challenges whenever required.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, production coordination, or a similar role.
  
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office, emails, and general computer operations.
  
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and handle clients professionally.
  
• Strong coordination skills with an ability to follow up with internal teams.
  
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
