Job Description

We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager (Community Manager) with 6+ years of experience to join our Hyderabad team. The role involves managing key client relationships, driving account growth, ensuring community engagement, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
• Act as the single point of contact for client needs, renewals, and escalations.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling of services and office solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and timely contract renewals.
• Manage community activities: events, networking sessions, and engagement programs.
• Onboard new members and integrate them into the iSprout community.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, marketing, events) for seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client feedback, resolve issues, and propose service improvements.
• Track KPIs: client retention, engagement, occupancy, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business/Management preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in account management / client servicing / community roles (coworking, real estate, or hospitality preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients.
• Experience in organizing events or community engagement programs is a plus.
