Job Description – MIS Executive (Finance)

Location: iSprout Business Centre
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: Finance Manager

Role Overview:

As an MIS Executive – Finance at iSprout, you will be responsible for preparing accurate financial MIS reports, analyzing business data, and supporting the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. The role requires maintaining financial dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and providing timely insights to management for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly financial MIS reports (Revenue, Expenses, Profitability, Cash Flow).
• Analyze business center performance across different locations and highlight trends/variances.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Track and report accounts receivable and payable for clients and vendors.
• Maintain and update financial dashboards for management review.
• Perform reconciliation of financial data with system records (ERP/Tally).
• Support the audit and compliance process with proper documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to gather accurate data inputs.
• Suggest automation and process improvements in MIS reporting for efficiency.
• Generate ad-hoc financial reports as per management requirements.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards).
• Working knowledge of Tally/ERP software.
• Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and generate insights.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in B.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in MIS/Finance role (internship experience is acceptable).
