Key Account Manager

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote lithium-ion battery packs and cells in the region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Identifying new business opportunities and market trends in the lithium-ion industry. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and operations to meet customer requirements. - Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. - Conducting regular market analysis and competitor assessments to stay ahead in the industry. - Delivering exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you must have: - Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience in handling customers in the lithium cell & battery field, Automotive OEMs, Energy Storage Systems (Both BESS & RESS). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Ability to travel within the region as required. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Additionally, you should have experience managing sales teams, generating and maintaining relationships with sales heads, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
