Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and strategic Key Account Manager to spearhead our enterprise client acquisition and relationship management efforts. In this role, you'll identify and onboard new B2B clients, manage and deepen key client relationships, address escalations, and identify emerging learning and development (L&D) needs. This role starts as an Individual Contributor and will evolve into a leadership role managing a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and KAMs.
