Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and strategic Key Account Manager to spearhead our enterprise client acquisition and relationship management efforts. In this role, you'll identify and onboard new B2B clients, manage and deepen key client relationships, address escalations, and identify emerging learning and development (L&D) needs. This role starts as an Individual Contributor and will evolve into a leadership role managing a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and KAMs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new enterprise clients seeking training, coaching, or L&D content solutions. Understand client business challenges and map SkillKrafter offerings to their learning goals. Build strong, long-term client relationships and act as their trusted advisor. Address client escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction. Partner with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client expectations. Monitor industry trends and proactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts. Develop account plans and maintain accurate sales forecasts. Track KPIs and report progress to leadership. Future Leadership Responsibilities (within 12-18 months): Hire, mentor, and lead a team of at least 6 Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers. Drive revenue targets through effective team performance and strategic planning. Establish and scale account management processes and best practices.
