The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing high-value customer accounts and a strong background in field sales. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing key customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. Principal Accountabilities Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with high-value customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. - Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and increase market share within assigned accounts. Field Sales: Conduct regular field visits to customers, understanding their business needs, and providing solutions that align with their objectives. Customer Retention: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support. Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to drive additional revenue. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive longterm partnerships. Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and key metrics to senior management. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Major Contact With Customers Depot Team Collection Team Accounts Department HR Department QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of managing high-value customer accounts. - Strong field sales experience, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
