Are you a performance-driven marketplace expert with a knack for scaling D2C brands?
At Puresta Lifestyle, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) who can own growth, profitability, and relationships across leading e-commerce and B2B beauty platforms.
You will own the growth strategy and P&L of key marketplace and B2B accounts. This includes overseeing Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Quick Commerce platforms, and select B2B beauty distribution partners. You’ll lead negotiations with category teams, build joint business plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Own sales, revenue, and profitability targets across marketplaces and B2B accounts.
• Full ownership of Nykaa (direct + B2B beauty channels) including category relationships, visibility planning, and sell-through.
• Drive top-line growth while optimizing ROI and contribution margins.
• Design and execute annual/quarterly JBPs with marketplace and B2B category teams.
• Manage assortment expansion, pricing strategy, and visibility levers across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and B2B channels.
• Analyze key metrics to improve GMV, profitability, and overall business health.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing across marketplaces.
• Leverage organic flywheel strategies for sustained platform visibility.
• Optimize campaigns, ads, and platform-funded promotions to maximize returns.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with category heads across Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce, and B2B partners.
• Negotiate terms, visibility slots, exclusive opportunities, and marketing support.
• Work with supply chain teams to ensure efficient inventory planning for e-commerce + B2B channels.
• Ensure smooth operations and resolve issues such as returns, chargebacks, penalties & disputes.
• Experience: 4–5 years of marketplace account management; D2C brand experience preferred.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, negotiation, performance marketing understanding, relationship management.
