Key Account Manager - B2B

As a Business Development Executive at Angel One, your role involves providing services to assigned business partners and maintaining strong channel partner relationships. You will be responsible for enhancing the business growth of franchisees as per the business plan and traveling to meet business partners at their registered addresses to provide support for their business growth. Additionally, you will mentor, coach, and activate Authorized Partners (APs), ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance. Your focus will be on driving service excellence to enhance the portfolio, control retention, and improve cross-selling of third-party products through APs. It is crucial to involve, engage, motivate, develop, lead, and drive business while managing day-to-day activities to ensure teams respond to business partner queries and requests in line with agreed deliverables. Your aim will be to deliver services effectively, meeting agreed service levels, targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), striving to add value wherever possible. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2 years of experience in the broking/financial markets industry. - Good quantitative and analytical skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Customer service and relationship management expertise. - Good knowledge of financial markets. - Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment. - Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati; additional proficiency in the local language would be an advantage.
