As a Key Account Manager - B2B at Internshala, you will play a crucial role in launching and scaling the on-ground sales efforts for deepening engagement with high-value key accounts. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 4-6 years of proven experience in field sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Prior experience in recruitment, HR Tech, SaaS sectors is highly preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel extensively as required.
