Job Description

Key responsibilities Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact.  Strategic planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and maximize profitability.  Business development: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing key accounts.  Internal coordination: Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product, logistics) to ensure client needs are met and to coordinate solutions.  Problem-solving: Address and resolve client concerns, issues, and complaints effectively.  Reporting and analysis: Monitor account performance, analyze client data, and prepare regular reports on progress and goals for both internal stakeholders and clients.  Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
