We aim to transform the pharmaceutical supply chain by integrating technology, efficiency, and deep retail partnerships to make medicines more accessible and affordable for all.Role SummaryWe are looking for a driven and resourceful Key Account Manager - Alternate Channels to manage strategic partnerships across large-format pharmacy chains(e.g. Apollo, wellness), e-pharmacies (such as Pharmeasy, 1mg, Netmeds), and other modern trade healthcare platforms. This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of key accounts from onboarding to execution. Key Responsibilities• Account Management: Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts including large pharmacy chains and online platforms.• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the complete partner journey – from onboarding, product listing, and commercials to display planning, order fulfillment, and sales tracking.• Sales Execution: Ensure consistent sales growth by coordinating with internal teams for stock availability, timely delivery, and performance improvement.• Visibility & Merchandising: Drive online and offline visibility through strategic campaigns, shelf planning, promotions, and collaborations with partner teams.• Analytics & Planning: Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement joint business plans to maximize partner potential.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, finance, operations, and tech teams to ensure seamless partner experience.• Compliance & Documentation: Handle contracts, pricing agreements, PO management, and all account-level documentation.• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on category trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities within the alternate channel ecosystem.Qualifications & Experience• 3 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or retail, with at least 1 to 2 years in key account or modern trade/e-commerce management.• Prior experience managing large pharmacy chains, e-pharmacies, or alternate healthcare channels is preferred.• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.• Comfort with data, metrics, and performance tracking Additional Information• This is 6 days/week, work from office role in Mumbai location• Candidate must be open to travel to Gujarat and Maharashtra• This is an Individual contributor roleRequired Qualification:GraduateWith a fast-growing Generic Pharma Company, part of a giant Indian Conglomerate
