Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Bhopal. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, developing business plans, overseeing account management processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing client requirements to provide tailored solutions and identifying opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the software or IT industry is an advantage
