Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Bhopal. The role involves overseeing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. The candidate will focus on building and enhancing employer branding initiatives and coordinating with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs. Duties also include conducting interviews, managing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
Experience in Employer Branding to build and maintain a strong employer reputation
Strong Interviewing and Recruiting skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous recruiting experience, especially within the IT or software development domain, is an advantage
