Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Key Account Management team in Mumbai, responsible for driving business growth and managing key accounts.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand existing customer relationships.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and increasing revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with account management, developing contingency plans as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in key account management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
