Job Description

A Key Account and Program Manager role combines theresponsibilities of f managinghigh-value client relationships (Key Account Management) with overseeing theexecution of projects and initiatives for those clients (ProgramManagement)
This dual role ensures client satisfaction, drives revenuegrowth, profitability at launch as per the program targets agreed andfacilitates successful project delivery within the designated accounts.
Key Account Management :
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships withkey clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Strategic Thinking:
Understands clients business objectives, challenges, andneeds to align solutions and strategies.
Opportunity Identification:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities withinexisting accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
Client Satisfaction:
Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by proactivelyaddressing concerns, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue andprofitability, while meeting client needs and company goals.
Communication:
Serve as the primary communication channel between clientsand internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Program Management:
Project Oversight:
Prepare project plan, execution, and completion of projectsand initiatives for key accounts.
Resource Allocation:
Manage resources effectively, including budget, timelines,and personnel, to ensure project success.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that mayimpact project delivery and act proactively to mitigate them.
