Job Description

Looking for a skilled Kerala Snacks Maker to join our team, with 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook traditional Kerala snacks, including samosas, vadas, and puffs.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
Collaborate with other chefs to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a chef or cook in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Kerala cuisine and cooking techniques.
