Key Accounts Managers
who will map, engage, and collect manpower requirement data from restaurants, cafes, hotels, and food chains across Bangalore and place the deserved candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesSurvey & Data Collection
- Identify and visit target restaurants, hotels, and food outlets in assigned zones of Bangalore.
- Collect structured data on job vacancies in roles such as:
- Kitchen Assistant
- Steward / Waiter
- Cleaning/Housekeeping Staff
- Delivery Helpers, Dishwashers, etc.
- Capture salary structure, shifts, working hours, perks/benefits, onboarding process, and skill expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build rapport with restaurant managers, HR heads, or owners.
- Explain ExcelR’s training and placement program and promote potential hiring collaboration.
- Identify pain points in staffing/hiring and provide insights for ExcelR’s program design.
Reporting & Documentation
- Accurately document data using mobile apps/Google Forms/CRM tools.
- Ensure data validation, geo-tagging, and timely submission of survey reports.
- Share daily/weekly progress reports and area-wise insights with the central operations team.
Continuous Mapping & Relationship Management
- Maintain a structured database of visited outlets with updates on hiring frequency and satisfaction.
- Follow up with interested restaurants for recruitment collaboration or placement support.
- Keep track of industry trends in staffing/hiring practices within the hospitality sector.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Field data collection
- Experience in hotel/restaurant industry is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of English, Kannada & Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with using mobile apps, forms, Excel/Google Sheets
- Self-driven and comfortable with extensive field travel
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license
