They act as the bridge between community stakeholders and program teams, ensuring on-ground activities align with impact objectives and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate community engagement and conduct field activities as per project plans
  • Monitor program implementation and ensure adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks
  • Collect, verify, and maintain beneficiary data and field reports
  • Coordinate with local leaders, government officials, and partner organisations
  • Document success stories, case studies, and challenges from the field
  • Support audits, field visits, and evaluations conducted by donors or program teams
  • Manage logistics for field events, training sessions, and mobilization efforts
  • Work closely with: M&E team, admin/logistics, and partner field staff

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or similar experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in community engagement or grassroots project implementation
  • Fluency in local language(s); English proficiency preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or mobile-based reporting apps
