Coordinate with internal teams to understand trainer requirements and timelines.
Maintain and update a faculty database as per subject/domain requirements.
Schedule interviews and demo sessions for shortlisted profiles.
Follow up with selected trainers for documentation and onboarding.
Ensure alignment with quality standards and budget constraints.
Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing status.
