HR Executive - IT Recruitment

As an Executive / Senior Executive HR (Recruitment) at our office located in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes for software and IT roles. With a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Human Resource Recruitment, specifically in managing latest skills like Datascience and Microsoft Technologies, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from drafting job descriptions to building a strong candidate pipeline through various channels such as job portals, professional networks, social media, references, and headhunting. Additionally, you will be involved in onboarding processes, conducting induction sessions, and ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of employee files and HR databases. Collaboration with hiring managers to understand their requirements and delivering suitable candidates within defined timelines will be essential. Your ability to provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process will be highly valued. To excel in this role, you should hold a graduate degree in any stream, with a preference for post-graduation in HR. Your 3+ years of experience in HR Recruitment, especially in mid-level to leadership hiring, along with strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting skills will be advantageous.
