About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team that interfaces between LoadShare’s most strategic clients and our internal operations, product, and strategy teams.

This is not a traditional account management role. You’ll own deep, ocean-sized relationships with accounts like Amazon, Flipkart, and large consumer internet brands, and your job is two-fold:

  • Farming: Unlocking new business lines and opportunities within these existing ecosystems by deeply understanding their evolving logistics needs.
  • Solutioning: Collaborating with cross-functional teams (tech, ops, strategy) to craft new value propositions – sometimes even shaping entirely new service lines.

This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, growth, and execution. You will work with senior client stakeholders, solve open-ended problems, and contribute directly to LoadShare’s next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow strategic client relationships across major accounts in e-commerce and beyond
  • Identify whitespace within existing accounts and convert ideas into scalable new business lines
  • Act as a thought partner to clients – deeply understanding their supply chain and co-creating solutions
  • Work cross-functionally across operations, product, finance, and tech to translate client needs into action
  • Lead strategic reviews, business planning, and performance tracking for each key account
  • Handle escalations with urgency and clarity, while building long-term credibility and trust
  • Forecast, report, and drive performance against critical account-level KPIs
  • Support and shape broader company strategy by feeding market intelligence and emerging client trends into internal planning discussions

Must-Have Traits

  • A first-principles thinker who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a bias for finding and closing growth opportunities
  • Hustler mindset: comfortable diving into details but able to zoom out and think big-picture
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with senior external and internal leaders
  • Strong analytical skills – able to work with data to understand trends, drive decisions, and influence strategy
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce is helpful – but not a deal-breaker if you have the right aptitude
