Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our team. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the quality of products, services, or processes. This role requires a deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and monitor quality performance across processes, products, or services. Develop and implement quality assurance standards and processes. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective/preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, development, etc.) to ensure quality objectives are met. Generate detailed reports on quality metrics, trends, and performance. Provide training and feedback to teams to ensure quality standards are understood and maintained. Participate in the design and review of new processes or product developments from a quality perspective.
