Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Bhilai,Work from office
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Head of Talent Acquisition

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s current and future workforce needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, selection criteria, and hiring timelines.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s presence in the job market.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during all stages of recruitment.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics to leadership.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and HR software (e.g., Workday, Zoho Recruit, Naukri RMS, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
