Quality Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our team. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the quality of products, services, or processes. This role requires a deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies, data analysis, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and monitor quality performance across processes, products, or services.
• Develop and implement quality assurance standards and processes.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, development, etc.) to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Generate detailed reports on quality metrics, trends, and performance.
• Provide training and feedback to teams to ensure quality standards are understood and maintained.
• Participate in the design and review of new processes or product developments from a quality perspective.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
