Internship – Customer Support (Telecalling)

Position: Intern – Customer Support (Telecalling)
Department: Customer Support-NDR
Location: Bhilai(WFH)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and energetic Customer Support Interns to join our NDR team. The role involves handling telecalling activities, communicating with customers, and maintaining accurate call records.Age limit is 30 years(Please do not apply if you are above 30)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 200–250 calls per day to customers as per the provided database.
• Explain company services and address basic customer queries.
• Record call details and feedback accurately.
• Follow up with interested or pending customers.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all interactions.

• Required Skills:
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred).
• Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility:

• Pursuing or recently completed Graduation or related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹12,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bhilai, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
