Roles and Responsibilities
· Developing and sustaining solid relationships with the sellers.
· Addressing and resolving sellers’ complaints or queries.
· Developing a thorough understanding of the sellers' needs and requirements and preparing the customized solutions.
· Actively resolving all the queries raised by the sellers with the best knowledge & a positive mindset.
· Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for multiple seller accounts.
· Meeting the established deadlines for the fulfillment of each seller’s long-term goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant industry.
· Active personality with client handling capabilities.
· Problem solving & positive attitude.
· Proficiency in English language.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
