Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as required.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Culinary certification or relevant degree preferred.
