Desired Competencies:

•       Proven experience in on-page and off-page SEO optimization and organic lead generation. 

•       Strong understanding of Google algorithms, keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console). 

•       Experience creating SEO and content strategies that drive high-quality leads for IT services (WordPress, .NET, PHP, React, Java). 

•       Expertise in technical SEO — including site audits, crawl optimization, indexing, and schema markup. 

•       Proficiency in lead generation campaigns through SEO, content marketing, and LinkedIn outreach. 

•       Knowledge of email marketing automation and nurturing funnels to convert SEO traffic into leads. 

•       Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes. 

•       Familiarity with WordPress SEO plugins (Yoast, Rank Math, All in One SEO). 

•       Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads will be an advantage. •    Up-to-date with the latest SEO and lead generation trends, tools, and best practices. 

•       Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

•       Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth and lead opportunities.  

•       Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for SEO and lead conversion.  

•       Perform technical SEO audits and ensure all issues are resolved to improve rankings and visibility.  

•       Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through organic channels, including SEO, LinkedIn, and content marketing.  

•       Collaborate with content writers and designers to create SEO-optimized and conversion-focused content.  

•       Track and analyze SEO and lead generation KPIs (traffic, CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate).  

•       Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority and ranking.  

•       Optimize existing content for higher engagement and lead capture.  

•       Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and continuously improve strategy.  

•       Manage local SEO and Google My Business listings to increase visibility and inquiries.
