Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining candidate databases, posting job ads, conducting background checks, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sourcing, Screening, and Interview Coordination
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Organizational and Time-management Abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in talent acquisition or HR is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
