This role is ideal for a recent graduate or fresher looking to launch a career in recruitment and gain experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced, people-first environment. What You’ll Do Post job openings on portals and social platforms. Source and screen resumes to find the best-fit candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain and update our candidate database/ATS. Ensure a smooth, positive experience for every applicant. What We’re Looking For Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn. Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). A proactive and friendly attitude — we value curiosity over experience!
