Junior Recruiter

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or fresher looking to launch a career in recruitment and gain experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced, people-first environment.

What You’ll Do

• Post job openings on portals and social platforms.
• Source and screen resumes to find the best-fit candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update our candidate database/ATS.
• Ensure a smooth, positive experience for every applicant.
