Job Description

As a Campus Recruitment Coordinator at our firm, your role involves planning, coordinating, and executing campus recruitment strategies. You will manage high-volume applications, conduct events, and schedule interviews. Collaboration with campus teams to identify interviewers, manage logistics, and ensure smooth running of interview days will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute campus recruitment strategies - Manage high-volume applications, events, and interview scheduling - Collaborate with campus teams for interviewer identification and logistics management - Analyze and benchmark recruitment results to refine strategies - Work on Experienced Professional (EP) hiring across various paths and skills - Plan and oversee sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, referrals, and third-party partnerships - Screen, evaluate, and manage candidates using firm-specific assessment methodologies - Guide candidates and assessors through the interview process with timely feedback - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and third-party vendors - Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms - Utilize data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights - Partner with leadership to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals In addition to campus recruitment, you will also work on Experienced Professional (EP) hiring, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and relationship management with internal stakeholders and candidates. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred - 2+ years of recruitment experience, specializing in campus and professional hiring - Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment - Effective written and oral communication skills - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in database management, pipeline monitoring, and KPI tracking - Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and ATS platforms (e.g., Avature) - Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and adaptability - Client service orientation and ability to build relationships with senior leadership - Commitment to confidentiality and ethical recruiting practices By joining our India Talent Attraction team, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and inclusive culture, with room for growth and development.
