Junior Recruiter

As a Junior Recruiter HR at our company located in Somajiguda, you will play a key role in assisting the recruitment process and supporting various HR functions. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in Human Resources. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in recruiting for roles ranging from entry-level to mid-level positions. - Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Manage job postings and ensure they are updated across all platforms. - Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts. - Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation. - Maintain candidate databases and HR software systems. - Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary. - Stay updated on HR trends and best practices in recruitment. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
