Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PG in HR preferred).
3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospital/healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare job roles (nursing, technicians, doctors, paramedical, administrative staff).
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws related to recruitment in hospitals is a plus.
