Junior Recruiter

As we expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and selection criteria. Schedule and conduct initial HR rounds (telephonic/video screening). Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support campus recruitment drives and walk-in interviews. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree (preferred: HR, Management, IT, or related field). 1-2 years of experience in recruitment Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Good interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude.
