Job Role: Junior HR Executive (Placement & Student Coordination)Position Overview:The Junior HR Executive will play a key role in student coordination and placement-related activities. The role primarily involves connecting with students, guiding them about placement processes, conducting induction sessions, and supporting soft skill development. The executive will also represent the organization during college visits and collaborations. Key Responsibilities: Student Communication: Conduct telecalling to inform students about upcoming campus placement drives, company details, and interview schedules. Clearly explain ARC’s placement policies, eligibility criteria, and procedures to students. Induction & Orientation: Conduct induction sessions to introduce students to hiring companies and job opportunities. Organize sessions on placement policies, eligibility requirements, and company-specific guidelines. Soft Skills Training: Conduct soft skill sessions (especially on Sundays) covering communication, interview preparation, group discussions, and corporate etiquette. Mentor students to improve confidence and professionalism for interviews. Placement & Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, assessments, and campus drives. Coordinate between students and recruiters for smooth placement processes. College Visits & Collaborations: Visit colleges to build and strengthen collaborations for training and placement activities. Promote ARC’s placement initiatives and establish strong institutional relations. Requirements: MBA Graduate (HR/Marketing/General Management) – mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and regional language preferred). Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Ability to engage and motivate students effectively. Willingness to work on Sundays (for student soft skill sessions). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
