Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to inquiries/leads to provide information about courses and training programs. Explain course features, benefits, fees, and batch timings to prospective students. Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversion. Counsel students regarding course selection based on their interests and background. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and student interactions in CRM tools or Excel sheets. Coordinate with the admissions team to schedule demos, tests, or meetings. Handle inbound calls and address student queries professionally. Assist in achieving weekly/monthly admission targets.
