Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our growing sales and marketing team. The role involves engaging with potential customers over phone calls, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and present company offerings in a clear, professional, and engaging manner. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow-up with interested prospects through calls, messages, or emails. Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate information. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions. Maintain call productivity and quality standards as set by management. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients. Provide feedback and insights to improve scripts, processes, and sales strategies. Requirements & SkillsProven experience as a Telemarketing Executive, Tele-caller, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages as applicable]. Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle rejections and remain positive under pressure. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry). Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
