Job Description: Telecaller Position: Telecaller / Telesales Executive Location: prayagraj Employment Type: Full-time / Part-timeExperience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries professionally. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly. Maintain customer database and update information regularly. Generate leads and follow up with clients to convert them into sales. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure high satisfaction. Prepare and submit daily call reports to the supervisor. Required Skills:Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]. Strong listening ability and customer-handling skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Persuasive, confident, and motivated to meet targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Experience in telesales, customer service, or a call center is a plus.
