Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for friendly and outgoing people to join our team as Telecallers or Office Staff. Your main job will be to call potential and current customers, tell them about our products or services, and answer any questions they may have. Freshers are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Make Calls: Call people to inform them about our products or services.
Build Connections: Talk with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with useful information.
Find Opportunities: Identify interested customers who may want to buy our products or services.
Follow Up: Schedule follow-up calls to answer more questions or help them decide.
Record Information: Take notes on customer feedback and update our database with the details.
Solve Problems: Help answer customer questions and resolve any issues they might have.
Meet Targets: Aim to meet daily and weekly call and sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Freshers are welcome! No previous experience is necessary, but any background in customer service or sales is helpful.
Communication Skills: Good at speaking and listening to people.
Language Skills: Able to speak [Languages as Required, e.g., English and Hindi].
Customer Focus: Enjoy talking to people and helping them.
Adaptability: Can handle different types of customer questions and situations.
Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using a computer and willing to learn how to use our systems.
