Position: HR Executive – Candidate Screening Company: Careermint Services Pvt. Ltd. Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time 🎯 Role Overview We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our team. The role involves screening, verifying, and coordinating with candidates applying for international job opportunities (Plumber, Electrician, Driver, Cook, Waiter, Housekeeping, Security, etc.). The HR Executive will ensure that only qualified and genuine candidates move forward in the recruitment process. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Handle incoming job applications from website, WhatsApp, and other channels. Screen candidate profiles based on job role, skills, and eligibility criteria. Guide candidates through the document verification process and ensure accuracy. Prepare and update candidate resumes/CVs as per recruiter requirements. Coordinate with tele callers and operations team for smooth candidate onboarding. Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and overseas recruiters. Maintain records in CRM system for every candidate (from application to selection). Provide updates to candidates regarding application status, interviews, and next steps. Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards. 📌 Requirements Bachelor's degree (any stream; HR/Management preferred). 0–2 years of experience in HR / recruitment (freshers with good communication skills can apply). Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/Google Sheets). Good coordination and organizational skills.
