The role demands strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and professionalism in handling client interactions. Key Responsibilities: * Work closely with reporting manager to understand job requirements and expectations. * Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Field sourcing, job portals, social media, referrals. * Coordinate interviews between client SPOC and candidates. * Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers regularly. * Build strong professional relationships with clients and ensure timely updates. * Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and client's SPOC. Requirements: * PUC, Graduation, Post Graduation * 0.6 – 2 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT hiring, Blue collar). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to interact confidently with clients and candidates.
