Job OpeningJunior HR Executive1-3 yearsNavi Mumbai150000 (INR) - 425000 (INR)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle site coordination for HR-related activities and support smooth communication between HO and sites.
  • Track and monitor attendance across sites and coordinate with respective teams for updates.
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations such as employee queries, documentation, and record management.
  • Prepare and issue various HR letters (appointment, confirmation, transfer, relieving, etc.) under guidance of senior.
  • Ensure timely closure of pending HR issues by coordinating with senior.

Education Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM/HR/Industrial Relations
